BILLING POLICIES & FEES

General

Use of Allan Media Group LLC products and services, including but not limited to the Smart System Suite™ Marketing Agency platform, constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to comply with these Billing Policies & Fees.

All accounts are set up on a prepaid basis. Payment must be received by Allan Media Group LLC before any billable product or service is provided or activated.

If a trial period is offered, valid payment information must be placed on file before your account is created. Only one trial per person per product is allowed. Abuse of trial usage may result in permanent account closure.

You are required to keep an active credit/debit card on file for recurring subscription fees and usage-based overages. All recurring subscription charges are automatically billed.

If a user fails to pay due subscription or usage fees, including by exploiting any self-billing feature, all associated accounts may be terminated immediately and the user will be billed for all unpaid usage.

Subscription billing is based on the availability of services within the parameters of each package. Certain features operate on usage-based fees (emails, SMS, calls, validation, hosting, etc.). Payment receipts are provided electronically with each purchase and are available upon request.

Billing Cycle & Credit/Debit Card Billing

Payment Failure

If a card declines or fails to process, access to the Smart System Suite™ will immediately cease.

Deactivation

Allan Media Group LLC may remove customer data from its servers due to nonpayment.

Cancellation

Canceling a subscription immediately ends account access.
If time remains in a yearly subscription, contact support to reinstate access for the remainder of the billing year.

Fees

Collections Fee

If an account is submitted to collections, a $35 processing fee will be added to any outstanding balance.

Chargebacks

Each chargeback initiated results in a $50 processing fee.
Accounts may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.

Interest Charges

Unpaid charges accrue interest at the lesser of:

1.5% per month, or

the maximum rate allowed by law

Payment Methods

Allan Media Group LLC accepts most major credit/debit cards for subscription and usage fees.

Subscription Billing

Invoices are generated and payments are processed at the beginning of each billing cycle. The customer’s billing cycle begins on the day of the original purchase.

Customers must submit a cancellation request at least 10 days prior to the next billing date to avoid future charges. Subscription fees are nonrefundable.

Unused subscription time is not prorated.

Account Limits & Usage Fees

Smart System Suite™ plans may include email, text, and telephony credits. Usage above your plan allotment is automatically billed.

Rates apply to U.S. calls and U.S. numbers. International rates vary.
Twilio-powered phone numbers incur a $1.15 monthly fee.

Users can review and monitor usage charges within their Smart System Suite™ billing profile.

All prices are subject to change at any time.

Normal, Reasonable Business Use

Unlimited features are intended for normal, everyday business use. Usage must align with typical business operations for your subscription plan.

Improper or excessive use may result in throttling, suspension, or termination.

Examples of excessive use include, but are not limited to:

Unreasonable server requests

Excessive page or video views

High-volume email or SMS sending

Using unlimited plans to operate mass email, SMS, or video delivery services for others

Unlimited features may not be shared across multiple independent businesses or users.

Allan Media Group LLC reserves the right to update, limit, or discontinue unlimited features at its discretion.

Package Upgrades & Downgrades

Smart System Suite™ subscriptions are purchased on a fixed-term monthly or yearly basis.

Downgrades require contacting support and take effect in the next billing cycle.
It is the user’s responsibility to back up or remove any data that may be lost due to downgrading.

Refund Policies

Allan Media Group LLC has a strict NO REFUND policy.

Access to the Smart System Suite™ grants entry to proprietary software, systems, templates, training, and digital assets that can be downloaded or duplicated. For this reason, refunds are not granted for any reason.

Allan Media Group LLC may refuse a refund request or deny repurchase of a previously refunded product in cases involving fraud, refund abuse, trial abuse, or similar misuse.

Cancellation Process

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 10 days before the next invoice date.

For Smart System Suite™ users, cancellations must be submitted through your account portal.

No cancellation is considered complete until:

The request is submitted properly

All outstanding balances are paid

Failure to cancel properly may result in continued billing or referral to collections.

Billing Disputes

Customers agree to allow Allan Media Group LLC 30 days to resolve any billing dispute before initiating a chargeback.

If a chargeback is filed prematurely:

A $50 chargeback fee applies

Allan Media Group LLC may charge for time and fees associated with the dispute

The account may be suspended or terminated

Outstanding balances may be sent to collections

Regardless of chargeback outcome, Allan Media Group LLC retains the right to collect unpaid fees.

Applicable Taxes

Fees do not include taxes. Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, duties, or assessments.

If withholding taxes apply, payments must be grossed up to ensure Allan Media Group LLC receives the full invoiced amount.
