Use of Allan Media Group LLC products and services, including but not limited to the Smart System Suite™ Marketing Agency platform, constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to comply with these Billing Policies & Fees.

All accounts are set up on a prepaid basis. Payment must be received by Allan Media Group LLC before any billable product or service is provided or activated.

If a trial period is offered, valid payment information must be placed on file before your account is created. Only one trial per person per product is allowed. Abuse of trial usage may result in permanent account closure.

You are required to keep an active credit/debit card on file for recurring subscription fees and usage-based charges, and wallet replenishment fees where applicable. All recurring subscription charges are automatically billed.

If a user fails to pay subscription fees, usage fees, wallet charges, or otherwise attempts to circumvent billing, Allan Media Group LLC may immediately suspend or terminate access to all associated accounts. The customer remains responsible for all unpaid charges incurred prior to suspension or termination.

Subscription billing is based on access to platform features and services included within the selected plan. Certain features incur additional usage-based fees including, but not limited to, email delivery, SMS messaging, phone usage, AI services, premium workflow actions, domain registrations, and other third-party services.

Payment receipts are provided electronically and are available upon request.

Billing Cycle & Credit/Debit Card Billing

Invoices are generated and payments are processed at the beginning of each billing cycle.

The customer's billing cycle begins on the date of the original purchase and automatically renews unless canceled in accordance with these terms.

Recurring subscription fees and usage fees are automatically charged to the payment method on file.

Payment Failure

If a payment method declines, expires, becomes invalid, or otherwise fails to process, access to Smart System Suite™ services may be suspended immediately until payment is successfully processed.

The customer remains responsible for all outstanding balances and usage charges accrued prior to suspension.

Wallet Billing

Certain platform services operate using a prepaid wallet system.

Wallet funds may be used for:

Email delivery

SMS messaging

Phone calls

AI services

Premium workflow actions

Email verification

Other usage-based services

Customers are responsible for maintaining sufficient wallet balances.

If wallet balances become depleted, affected services may stop functioning, pause, or fail until additional funds are added.

All wallet deposits and usage charges are non-refundable once consumed.

Deactivation

Allan Media Group LLC reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or remove access to customer accounts due to nonpayment.

Customer data may be removed from company systems after extended periods of nonpayment.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the next billing date.

Cancellation immediately terminates access to Smart System Suite™ and all associated services.

If time remains on an annual subscription, customers may contact support to discuss reinstatement options during the active subscription period.

Cancellation does not eliminate responsibility for any outstanding balances, usage fees, wallet charges, or other unpaid amounts.

Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Unused subscription time is not prorated.

Collections Fee

If an account is submitted to collections, a $35 processing fee may be added to any outstanding balance, in addition to any collection agency costs, attorney fees, court costs, or related expenses permitted by law.

Chargebacks

Each chargeback initiated may result in a $50 administrative processing fee.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated while a chargeback investigation is pending.

Customers agree to contact Allan Media Group LLC first to allow reasonable opportunity to resolve any billing concern prior to initiating a chargeback.

Interest Charges

Unpaid balances accrue interest at the lesser of:

1.5% per month, or

The maximum rate permitted by applicable law

Interest continues until all outstanding balances are paid in full.

Payment Methods

Allan Media Group LLC accepts most major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved electronic payment methods.

Customers are responsible for keeping payment information current and accurate.

Account Limits & Usage Fees

Smart System Suite™ plans may include usage credits for certain services. Usage above any included allotments is automatically billed to the payment method on file.

Usage fees are based on actual consumption and may change as carrier, infrastructure, AI, and third-party provider costs change.

Email Sending

Approximately 7,145 emails per $10

SMS Text Messages

$0.0166 per SMS segment

Approximately 600 SMS segments per $10

Important: Long text messages may be divided into multiple segments and incur additional charges.

Outbound Phone Calls

$0.028 per minute

Approximately 355 minutes per $10

Inbound Phone Calls

$0.017 per minute

Approximately 590 minutes per $10

Email Verification

$0.005 per verification

Approximately 2,000 verifications per $10

Premium Workflow Actions

$0.02 per execution

Approximately 500 executions per $10

Premium workflow actions may include certain advanced triggers, integrations, AI actions, and premium automation features.

Agent Studio

$0.50 per 750,000 words processed

Approximately 15,000,000 words per $10

Content AI

$0.18 per 1,000 words generated

$0.12 per image generated

Approximately:

Conversation & Voice AI

$0.04 per AI conversation message

$0.26 per minute of AI voice usage

$0.148 per WhatsApp conversation

Approximately 70 conversations per $10

Domain Registration

$15 per domain registration

Domain pricing may vary based on domain extension, registry fees, and market pricing.

AI Language Model Usage

AI language model pricing is based on provider usage and is subject to change.

$1.20 per 750,000 words

Output Generation

$4.80 per 750,000 words

Actual costs may vary depending on model selection and provider pricing.

Phone Numbers

Phone numbers are billed separately from usage fees.

Current U.S. local phone number pricing is approximately:

$1.15 per month per phone number

Toll-free, international, and specialty numbers may have different pricing.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their own account usage.

Usage fees are non-refundable once consumed.

Rate Changes

Third-party providers periodically adjust pricing for telecommunications, email delivery, AI services, domains, and related infrastructure.

Allan Media Group LLC reserves the right to modify usage fees, pass-through costs, wallet charges, and service rates at any time without prior notice.

Updated pricing will be reflected within the platform and/or communicated through official company channels.

Normal, Reasonable Business Use

Unlimited features are intended for normal business use consistent with the purpose of the subscribed plan.

Usage must align with ordinary business operations and may not be used to provide large-scale services to third parties.

Examples of excessive or prohibited use include, but are not limited to:

Excessive server requests

Excessive bandwidth consumption

Automated abuse

High-volume email or SMS sending inconsistent with normal business operations

Operating mass email, SMS, AI, hosting, or communication services for unrelated third parties

Sharing unlimited features across multiple independent businesses or users

Improper, abusive, or excessive use may result in throttling, suspension, limitation, or termination of services.

Allan Media Group LLC reserves the sole right to determine whether usage exceeds reasonable business use.

Package Upgrades & Downgrades

Smart System Suite™ subscriptions are sold on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

Plan upgrades generally take effect immediately.

Downgrades generally take effect at the next billing cycle.

Customers are responsible for backing up any data, workflows, automations, or assets that may be affected by a downgrade.

Refund Policy

Allan Media Group LLC maintains a strict NO REFUND policy.

Access to Smart System Suite™ grants access to proprietary software, training, systems, templates, workflows, automation assets, educational materials, and other digital resources that cannot be returned.

Accordingly:

Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Wallet deposits are non-refundable.

Usage charges are non-refundable.

Setup fees are non-refundable.

AI usage fees are non-refundable.

Domain registrations are non-refundable.

Third-party service fees are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for partial usage periods, unused time, unused credits, customer error, lack of usage, or account cancellation.

Allan Media Group LLC reserves the right to deny future purchases, subscriptions, or services to customers who abuse refund requests, payment disputes, trial programs, or company policies.

Billing Disputes

Customers agree to provide Allan Media Group LLC with at least thirty (30) days to investigate and resolve any billing dispute before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

If a chargeback is initiated before providing reasonable opportunity for resolution:

A $50 chargeback fee may apply.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated.

Outstanding balances may be referred to collections.

Additional administrative costs may be charged where permitted by law.

Regardless of the outcome of a chargeback, Allan Media Group LLC reserves all rights to pursue collection of legitimately owed amounts.

Applicable Taxes

Fees do not include sales tax, VAT, GST, withholding tax, telecommunications taxes, regulatory fees, or similar governmental charges.

Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes and assessments.

If withholding taxes apply, payments must be grossed up so Allan Media Group LLC receives the full invoiced amount.
