Smart System Suite™ (our branded CRM and automation platform, powered by HighLevel)

Recurring Revenue Collective™

Our websites, training portals, digital products, communication systems, and all related services (collectively the “Service”)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines activities, behaviors, and content that are prohibited or restricted to protect:

Our users

Our platform’s reputation

Email, SMS, and domain deliverability

Compliance with U.S. and international digital communication laws

System performance and security

Violation of this AUP may result in warnings, throttling, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account without refund, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

2. PROHIBITED CONTENT

The Service may not be used to create, store, promote, distribute, or facilitate any content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or damaging to platform reputation or deliverability.

The following categories are strictly prohibited:

2.1 Illegal or Unlawful Content

Illegal goods, services, or activities

Fraudulent offers or scams

Money laundering, identity theft, or deceptive financial practices

Content violating CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, or privacy laws

2.2 Sexual or Explicit Material

Pornography or sexually explicit content

Escort services, adult dating, or sexual solicitation

Adult material involving nudity or sexual themes

Content promoting exploitation or trafficking

2.3 Medical, Pharmaceutical, or Regulated Claims

Pharmaceutical sales or prescriptions

Unsubstantiated medical claims

Health cures, miracle remedies, or unverified treatments

Federally restricted or illegal substances

2.4 Financial, Investment, or Income Claims

Guaranteed income opportunities

“Get rich quick” claims

Unsubstantiated business or earnings claims

Automated trading software, Forex robots, trading signals

Pyramid schemes or deceptive multi-level marketing

2.5 Gambling or Lottery Content

Sports betting

Casino or online gambling

Games of chance requiring payment to participate

2.6 Violence, Abuse, or Harmful Content

Depictions of violence, abuse, or harm

Self-harm, suicide encouragement, or dangerous acts

Hate speech toward protected groups

Content promoting humiliation, bullying, or harassment

2.7 Illegal Drugs or Restricted Substances

Cannabis, marijuana, THC, CBD, or related sales (state laws vary)

Drug paraphernalia

Illegal supplements or controlled substances

2.8 Email Abuse or Spam

Sending unsolicited commercial email

Spam content or mass cold outreach

Misleading subject lines or sender identities

Purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, appended, or third-party contact lists are prohibited unless the customer can demonstrate lawful consent and compliance with applicable communication laws.

3. CONTENT SUBJECT TO REVIEW OR THROTTLING

The following categories are not prohibited but are high-risk because they may harm email/SMS deliverability:

Cryptocurrency, virtual currencies, ICOs

Day-trading, stock predictions, or investment newsletters

Financial loans, mortgages, or credit repair

Adult novelty items (non-explicit)

Daily horoscopes or astrology content

Programmatic mailing services that send on behalf of other companies

Affiliate marketing campaigns using frowned-upon tactics (cookie stuffing, automated posting, cloaking, spam comments, etc.)

AMG reserves the right to monitor or throttle accounts if mailing practices or content threaten platform reputation or deliverability.

4. PROHIBITED BEHAVIORS

4.1 Lead Acquisition Violations

You may NOT:

Scrape, harvest, or extract email or phone data from social media, websites, directories, or tools

Import lists you did not acquire through voluntary opt-in.

Purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, appended, or third-party contact lists are prohibited unless the customer can demonstrate lawful consent and compliance with applicable communication laws.

4.2 System Abuse or Resource Misuse

You may NOT:

Use bots, spiders, scrapers, or automated tools to access or overload the system

Initiate activities that consume excessive server resources

Attempt to bypass throttling or automated restrictions

Attempt to reverse engineer Smart System Suite™

Abuse trial accounts or create multiple accounts to avoid billing

4.3 Malicious or Harmful Activities

You may NOT:

Upload or distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, Trojan horses, etc.

Use the platform to perform phishing, spoofing, or impersonation

Engage in hacking attempts or unauthorized access

Use the Service for predatory behavior or invasion of privacy

ANY malicious activity will result in immediate termination.

4.4 Artificial Intelligence Abuse

Users may not use AI-powered features to:

Generate unlawful content

Create deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading materials

Impersonate individuals or organizations

Generate spam content

Circumvent legal requirements

Create malicious code, malware, phishing content, or security exploits

Violate intellectual property rights

Access to AI-powered features may be limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time due to provider requirements, pricing changes, technical limitations, or compliance obligations.

Allan Media Group LLC reserves the right to suspend AI access at any time if usage threatens platform integrity, provider relationships, or legal compliance.

4.5 SMS and Calling Compliance

Users are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent before Sending SMS messages, WhatsApp messages, initiating phone calls, using ringless voicemail, or utilizing automated communication systems.

Prohibited activities include:

Sending messages without consent

Ignoring opt-out requests

Circumventing carrier restrictions

Violating A2P 10DLC requirements

Violating TCPA regulations

Sending deceptive or misleading communications

Violation may result in immediate suspension of communication privileges.

4.6 Recording and Monitoring

Users are responsible for complying with all laws governing the recording, monitoring, storage, disclosure, and use of communications.

Customers must obtain all required notices and consent before recording calls or conversations.

Allan Media Group LLC assumes no responsibility for customer compliance with recording laws.

4.7 Deliverability Protection

Accounts generating excessive complaints, spam reports, unsubscribe rates, bounce rates, carrier violations, or other indicators of poor communication practices may be restricted, throttled, suspended, or terminated.

Allan Media Group LLC reserves the right to take immediate action to protect platform reputation and deliverability.

4.8 Community Standards

Users may not:

Harass or intimidate other members

Post defamatory content

Disrupt educational activities

Promote competing services without authorization

Share confidential member information

Engage in abusive or threatening behavior

Community access may be revoked without refund.

4.9 Domain and Website Abuse

Domains, websites, funnels, landing pages, and hosting resources may not be used for:

Malware distribution

Phishing

Fraudulent activity

Illegal content

Spam operations

Copyright infringement

Allan Media Group LLC reserves the right to suspend services associated with abusive activity.

5. HIGH-LEVEL COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS

Users must comply with:

CAN-SPAM (email marketing laws)

TCPA (SMS and call regulations)

GDPR/CCPA (if applicable)

Requirements imposed by HighLevel and other third-party service providers utilized by Allan Media Group LLC, including communications providers, artificial intelligence providers, payment processors, domain registrars, hosting providers, and infrastructure partners.

AMG’s Terms of Service

Local and federal laws governing advertising, marketing, and data protection

Failure to comply may result in:

Email/SMS sending disabled

Account throttling or suspension

Permanent termination without refund

5.1 Monitoring and Investigation

Allan Media Group LLC reserves the right, but not the obligation, to investigate suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.

We may review account activity, sending practices, usage patterns, and technical indicators when necessary to protect platform security, legal compliance, and service integrity.

5.2 Third-Party Platform Compliance

Users must comply with all applicable policies, restrictions, and requirements imposed by third-party providers utilized within Smart System Suite™, including but not limited to communication providers, payment processors, artificial intelligence providers, domain registrars, and infrastructure providers.

Violation of provider requirements may result in restricted access to affected services.

6. PERMITTED CONTENT

The Service may be used for legitimate, ethical, permission-based business activities, including:

Marketing communications to opt-in subscribers

Online course delivery

Membership and coaching programs

Funnels, automations, pipelines, email campaigns, and CRM use

Business promotions compliant with U.S. and international law

AMG supports lawful entrepreneurship and ethical marketing practices.

Nothing in this Acceptable Use Policy shall be construed as creating a right to continued access to any feature, service, integration, communication channel, artificial intelligence tool, or third-party functionality.

7. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION

Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions:

Warning or request for corrective action

Sending throttles or limitations

Temporary account suspension

Permanent termination without refund

Reporting to credit card processors, ISPs, carriers, or authorities if required

Legal action where applicable

All decisions are made at the sole discretion of Allan Media Group LLC.

7.1 Immediate Suspension

Allan Media Group LLC may immediately suspend or restrict access to any account when reasonably necessary to:

Protect system security

Protect deliverability

Prevent fraud

Comply with legal obligations

Protect users or third parties

Protect Allan Media Group LLC's reputation, sending reputation, carrier standing, or relationships with service providers.

Immediate suspension may occur without advance notice.
